C25k is killing me
So I woke up on morning a few weeks ago and decided that I wanted to train to run a 5k cool right. Well with some of u not knowing me very well i HATE running. Well I made it through the first week of a workout program called couch to 5k and yesterday I started week 2. Well I literary thought I was going to die, but I didn’t. I think this is one of those moments when people say what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. I sure feel stronger. Now all i have to do is start eating right with it and I will be set. Movements toward a better life are putting a smile on my face while some other things are putting a frown.
